Help & Answers
Answers to the most common questions about KabulLearn — for learners, creators, and employers verifying certificates.
KabulLearn is an online learning platform for Afghan learners worldwide. We offer structured courses in English, Pashto, and Dari covering mathematics, data science, programming, and more. Each course includes guided lessons, interactive quizzes, and verifiable certificates.
Creating a student account takes under a minute. Click Register, enter your name, email, and password, then verify your email. Once inside, browse courses, enroll, and track your progress from your personal dashboard.
First register a free student account. Then submit an educator access request from your dashboard explaining what you want to teach. Once an admin approves your request, your account is upgraded and you gain access to the creator portal.
KabulLearn supports English, Pashto (پښتو), and Dari (دری). You can switch languages at any time using the language selector in the navigation bar. Course content availability varies by instructor.
In the educator portal, click New Course and fill in the course details — title, description, and level in all three languages. Then add modules and lessons, upload readings and videos, and build quizzes for each module. Submit the course for admin review when ready.
The built-in AI agent can generate a complete course outline from a short description. It creates module titles, lesson plans, reading content, and quiz questions automatically. You review and edit the output before publishing.
Complete all required lessons and pass the quiz at the end of each module. Once all module quizzes are passed, an eligible certificate is generated automatically. Download it as a PDF or share it using the QR code or verification link.
Go to the Certificate Verification page and enter the certificate ID, verification code, or paste the QR scan URL. The system confirms whether the certificate is valid and shows the learner name, course, grade, and issue date.
Most KabulLearn courses are free to access. Some courses may have a paid tier. You can browse all available courses without an account and enroll for free after registering.
KabulLearn is designed for trilingual learning. The platform interface is available in English, Pashto, and Dari. Course content availability in each language may vary by instructor.
Make sure you are signed in, enrolled in the course, and have completed any required quiz or previously locked section. If the issue continues, send the course name, lesson title, your browser, and a screenshot to support at info@kabulhub.com.
Refresh the page, check your internet connection, try a different browser, and confirm that embedded video services are not blocked on your network. If the problem persists, contact support with the course and lesson name.
Retake the quiz if attempts are still available. If you believe there is an error in the question itself, send support the course name, module, question text, and a screenshot to info@kabulhub.com.
On the sign-in page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your account email. You will receive a reset link by email. Follow the link to create a new password. If you do not see the email, check your spam or junk folder.
Use the language selector in the navigation bar at the top of any page. You can switch between English, Pashto, and Dari at any time. Your preference is saved to your account once you are signed in.

The AI learning assistant is a built-in chatbot available to signed-in, verified learners. Look for the chat icon on any course or lesson page. It answers questions about course content, platform features, certificates, and how to navigate KabulLearn.
Ask it about lesson topics, course content, how to use the platform, certificate questions, or general learning help. It draws answers from course materials and platform guides. If a question falls outside the available content, it will say so clearly rather than guessing.
Yes. The assistant automatically detects the language of your message and replies in the same language — English, Pashto, or Dari. You can switch languages at any point in the conversation.
The AI assistant is available to signed-in learners who have verified their email. You can send up to 100 messages per day, and each message can be up to 1,200 characters. If you reach the daily limit, you can continue the following day.
